Another of our areas of specialization has been creating, editing, and producing newsletters. We have broad experience creating newsletters, journals and special publications for professional firms, associations, municipal governments, and various business enterprises.

The City of Rolling Meadows recently commissioned separate surveys of its residents and businesses by Decision Resources, Ltd., Minneapolis, MN, a nationwide survey and market research firm specializing in local government assessments and referendum campaigns. The surveys ranked Rolling Meadows very highly in quality of life, community direction, and value of City services.

Not surprisingly, Rolling Meadows was also ranked very high in communicating with residents and businesses. The survey found that 84 percent of residents rely on the City newsletter that we have been producing with them since 1997, News & Views, as a primary source of information about the community, "one of the highest ratings" the pollsters had found in surveys of suburbs across the country. It ranked ahead of local newspapers, which is very unusual, according to Decision Resources.
